Midsummer Greetings

Midsummer Greetings

Greetings to you all at this incredibly busy time of the year! I don’t think there is anything more beautiful than our state in the spring.  The Mother has awakened and she is blessing us with her joyful abundance and beauty.  It seems EVERYTHING is in bloom, and it is a treat to simply drive around and see all the burgeoning green blessings in everyone’s yard, in the parks, along the roadsides and in the fields . . . Beltaine Blog

Hello Everyone, It is I Annie Zimbel.   Welcome to Beltaine.  This is the time the wheel turns and folks tend to get BUSY...planting and celebrating the end of Spring and the very start of Summer.  There be Morris Dancing at the crack of Dawn at the river (6:03 a.m.) you should check it out,  There will be the annual Heart of the Beast, Powderhorn Park May Day Celebration which is always fantastic. Celebrations also include May Poles and dancing. May Day reminds us of the time of union.  Both physically and politically.  We couple and engage with body, mind and spirit in the sharing of goals and uniting. There is more daylight so folks are more out and about. Possibilities are starting to take seed as more plans and ideas start to flourish just as the flowers and colors become a riot.  May 1st also is the International day of Laughter. Go out and laugh. I think this time of year is special...
